Develop the players as baseball players and young men or women.

• Help build the baseball and work ethic foundation for high school.

• Teach the players what it takes to be successful playing high school sports.

• Help the players learn to deal with struggles and controversy.

• Teach them how to compete.

• Develop the mental side of the game….this is a big focus.

• Teach them to respect the game, their opponents and teammates.

• Have the players be coached and taught by High School level coaches.

• Have fun….it has to be fun!
