SPRING/SUMMER BALL

Our spring 7/8U-12U program is created to compliment Little League Baseball verses compete with it. In the spring of 2025, Marin Baseball will have travel baseball teams at the 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U and 14U levels. Practices will be held at different fields around central Marin (Redwood HS, Albert Park, McInnis Fields) and at LaunchPad (Indoor Training Facility) in San Rafael and be coached by high school level coaches.

Sunday Oct 27th

7/8U and 12U Tryout at Redwood High School’s Moody Field

  • 7/8U from 2-4pm (check in 1:30pm)

  • 12U from 4-6pm (check in 3:30pm)

**The playing age of your ball player is their age as of April 30, 2025

Saturday Nov 9th

13 and 14u Tryout at Redwood High School’s Moody Field

  • 13U from 1:00 - 2:30pm (check in 12:30pm)

  • 14U from 2:30 - 4:00pm (check in 2:00pm)

Sunday Nov 10th

9U, 10U and 11U Tryout at Redwood High School’s Moody Field

  • 9U from 9-11am (check in 8:30am)

  • 10U from 11 - 1pm (check in 10:30am)

  • 11U from 1-3pm (check in 12:30pm)

  • Our 8U groups are development teams focused on fundamentals and fun! These groups will practice Sundays..

    The 8U season will run from February thru June.

  • We will have practice once a week on Sunday and once during the week.

    These teams will go to 3-4 local tournaments on traditional non-LL weekends and potentially a national tournament at the end of July.

    The season runs from the beginning of February until the end of July. We do break for a month during LL playoff and all star season.

  • Beginning with 13U we switch to 100% focus on preparing the players appropriately for high school readiness.

    These teams will have practices twice a week

    We will play weekend double headers along with a number of tournaments throughout the spring and into June.

    13U national tournament is TBD

    14U national tournament is scheduled for Omaha during the College World Series.

    The 13/14U seasons run from the February through June.
